An immersive four-part journey through the science of trauma and the wisdom of yoga.
This workshop invites you to explore how trauma shapes the body, mind, and nervous system through both modern neuroscience and the ancient teachings of yoga.
Across four Friday evenings, we'll deepen our understanding of trauma, how it influences our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, and how yogic philosophy and practice offer a compassionate framework for cultivating greater awareness, resilience, and reconnection.
Each session combines an educational seminar with a guided meditation and embodied practice, allowing you to move beyond intellectual understanding and into direct experience. Rather than simply learning about trauma, you'll be invited to gently turn inward and integrate the concepts explored throughout the evening.
Throughout this journey, you will:
Gain a deeper understanding of trauma through both scientific and yogic perspectives.
Learn how trauma influences the nervous system, the body, the breath, and our patterns of response.
Explore key concepts from neuroscience alongside the philosophy of yoga.
Experience guided meditations and embodied practices that support self-awareness and nervous system regulation.
Develop practical tools that can be integrated into your personal practice, teaching, or professional life.
Reflect, inquire, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, compassion, and connection.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is open to anyone curious to better understand trauma through the lens of yoga.
No prior experience with yoga is necessary. Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, you'll be warmly welcomed into a supportive, accessible, and non-judgmental learning environment.
A four-part journey
This workshop has been intentionally designed as a progressive learning experience. Each Friday builds upon the foundations of the previous session, weaving together theory, reflection, meditation, and embodied practice.
For this reason, participation in all four Fridays is strongly encouraged, as each module forms an essential part of the overall journey and allows for meaningful integration of the material.

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. To keep things fair for everyone and to honour the time, care, and preparation that goes into creating this workshop, I kindly ask you to take a moment to read the cancellation policy before registering.
As this workshop has been intentionally designed as a four-part journey, your registration reserves your place for all four Fridays. Each session builds upon the previous one, weaving together knowledge, reflection, meditation, and embodied practice. For this reason, registration is for the complete workshop rather than individual sessions.
If you need to cancel your registration more than three weeks before the first session, I'll be happy to offer you a full refund.
Unfortunately, if you cancel within three weeks of the workshop starting, I'm unable to offer a refund, as preparations will already be underway and your place will have been reserved.
Once the workshop has begun, I'm also unable to offer refunds or partial reimbursements if you're unable to attend one or more of the four Fridays. Thank you for understanding that this policy helps me preserve the integrity of the workshop and create the best possible experience for everyone involved.
If you have any questions before registering, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll be more than happy to answer them, and I truly look forward to sharing this journey with you. 🙏
